I had a relaxing time at the hotel, enjoying the warm welcome and friendly service from the staff. The location is great for long beach walks, which I love, but I was a bit let down by the food options being less plentiful than previous visits. Overall, a nice getaway, but I missed some favorite dining options and entertainment that weren't available this time.

On the bright side, I really enjoyed the personalized service from staff like Fatima, who was absolutely wonderful in organizing our meals and excursions. The resort itself was beautiful, thanks to the hard work of the housekeeping and grounds staff. However, I faced several challenges with the dining options and slow service at the front desk. Overall, I appreciated the effort made during these times but definitely left feeling mixed about the experience.
